Dr. James Latta – Dr. Jim Latta is a trained and listed Rule 31 Civil and Family Mediator by the Tennessee Supreme Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Mediation Commission. He is a certified and licensed Professional Counselor by the State of Tennessee. He holds a Doctor of Ministry degree in Pastoral Care and Counseling from Louisville Presbyterian Seminary. Dr. Latta’s understanding of human interaction and emotions plus his training as a mediator makes him particularly skilled at conducting a mediation between parties with disputes with high emotional content.
